The Hirosaki Players follows a one-night-only New York performance of a Japanese theatre troupe, as its playwright and director (Eijiro Ozaki) struggles to control his stubborn leading man (Ikko Furuya), who also happens to be his father. As their conflict comes to a head, the playwright makes a last-ditch effort to show his father who's boss…with disastrous results.
